OnelyPens™ is a sustainable initiative that collects used pens, refurbishes them with new refills, and gives them a second life, reducing plastic waste while saving money.

Step 1: Visit the Website

Go to www.onlypens.in.net/ordercms.

Step 2: Tap Create a Profile

Select the Create a Profile button on the home page.

Step 3: Complete the Google Form

You will be redirected to a Google Form. Fill in the required details, such as:

• Full Name

• Mobile Number

• Classroom

• Roll Number/USN

• Email ID

Step 4: Submit the Form

Review your information and tap Submit.

Step 5: Profile Verification

Your details will be added to the OnlyPens database after verification.

Step 6: Start Ordering

Once your profile is created, you can order directly through the WhatsApp Catalogue, and your orders can be delivered to your classroom.

You only need to create your profile once. Subsequent orders can be placed directly through WhatsApp.

Step 1: Open the Order Page

Visit www.onlypens.in.net/ordercms and tap Buy on WhatsApp.

Step 2: Browse the Catalogue

Browse the OnleyPens™ WhatsApp Catalogue and choose the products you want.

Step 3: Add Items to Cart

Tap the + button beside each product. When you're done, tap View Cart.

Step 4: Review Your Order

Verify the products, quantities, and estimated total. Then tap Place Order.

Step 5: Send Your Order

WhatsApp will generate your cart message automatically. Tap Send to place your order.

Step 6: Order Confirmation

We will review your order and confirm:

• Product availability

• Final price (if applicable)

• Your Classroom, Section, and Roll Number

Step 7: Make Payment

Complete the payment using the payment details shared by OnelyPens™ (UPI or other available methods). If required, send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp.

Step 8: Classroom Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be packed and delivered directly to your classroom.

We reuse the pen body and replace only the refill, reducing waste and lowering the overall cost.

Most classroom deliveries are completed within the same day or the next working day, depending on product availability. 

Contact us on WhatsApp. We'll help troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, replace the refill or pen according to our replacement policy.
